Skyborne is excited to announce that we're one of the recipients for the Advance Queensland Ignite Funding!

We're developing a complete aircraft from scratch. Everything from soldering the components onto the flight computer, to programming the real-time operating system to machining components of the hardware and designing the controllers.

Skyborne validated its first market to provide start-up funding to create change with its next-generation drones. A media production developed by University of Queensland about Skyborne's Startup Journey.

How do we intend to use this grant? Good question.  My initial thoughts were to give everyone a pay rise.... But we decided to be sensible and use it to fund a trip to Singapore's Tech Innovation event, in September 2016 (pending event finalisation), to pitch our start-up business model at an aerospace accelerator. Exciting right?
